House Rules

1. The policy applies to the whole area of Saliris Thermal & Spa, the use of the spa services is subject to compliance with the policy.

 

2. You may use the spa facilities only at your own risk.

 

3. They can enter and exit the spa and use the services provided by the spa by using the bathroom clock, and in case of loss, the guest - after identification - is obliged to reimburse the total consumption.

 

4. The prices and opening hours are indicated on the sign at the entrance and on the price lists.

 

5., Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

 

6., The following are not allowed in the baths: patients with fever, infectious diseases, skin diseases with conspicuous, extensive pathological lesions, or with convulsive or unconsciousness conditions, persons with open wounds, drunk persons, persons under the influence of drugs or intoxicating drugs.

 

7., The use of medicinal pools is contraindicated in the following cases: severe cardiac, circulatory and respiratory insufficiency, incontinence, malignant tumours, acute inflammatory diseases, tuberculosis, thrombosis, severe varicose veins, and pregnancy.

 

8, Maximum recommended stay in the spa pool: 30 minutes.

 

9. The following are not available to persons under 12 years of age: spa pool, sauna world, gym, medical treatments.

 

10., All bathers must follow the instructions of the lifeguards and pool attendants.

 

11., Do not enter the pool with a contaminated body! Shower and foot wash before using the pools!

 

12., Smoking and eating are only allowed in designated areas. It is forbidden to eat or drink alcohol in the pool area.

 

13. It is forbidden to place fragile or injurious objects in or near the pools.

 

14. Animals are not allowed in the spa area, with the exception of guide dogs.

 

15. During the opening hours of the spa, a first aid service is available free of charge.

 

16. Please pay extra attention to the risk of slipping.

 

18., We cannot be held responsible for accidents caused by the fault of the guest or by improper use of the facilities.

 

19. No alcoholic beverages are allowed in the spa and no alcoholic beverages are allowed in the spa for persons under 18 years of age.

 

20.,The spa is entitled to terminate the contract for the spa service with immediate effect if the guest does not use the spa area as intended or does not comply with the safety regulations and rules of the spa.

 

21., The person who caused the damage, or his/her legal representative, shall be financially liable for any damage caused by the unjustified use of the manual call points installed in the spa building.

 

22. It is forbidden to store flammable or explosive substances in the spa or to operate other electrical appliances brought from home.

 

23.,Any intentional disorderly behaviour, which exceeds the limits of human coexistence, and which disturbs the rest, tranquillity, safety, security and privacy of other guests, is prohibited in the spa (as an institution for rest, recreation and relaxation), regardless of the time of day. In particular, behaviour that is intimidating, harassing or likely to cause harassment is prohibited.

 

24., The staff of the spa is entitled to warn guests who are disorderly, loud, or behaving in a disruptive manner while under the influence of alcohol or other mind-altering substances. After repeated warnings, the spa shall be entitled to terminate the spa contract unilaterally with immediate effect and to expel the guest from the spa immediately without any obligation to pay back or compensation.

 

25. Please report any incident - personal injury, fire, presence of an object or object that could cause an accident - to the staff, who will take immediate action in accordance with the relevant regulations.

26., We are not responsible for objects left unattended in the spa area. Please use the safe deposit box for your valuables.

 

27. If the rightful owner of the found object comes forward, he/she must present his/her identity card and sign to prove receipt. Lost property can be collected at the information desk near the main entrance lobby.

 

28., For the safety of our guests, the area is monitored by cameras and the spa has a 24-hour security service.

 

29., Anyone who deliberately damages or steals the spa's equipment may be liable to compensation for the damage, may be prosecuted for offences and may be removed from the spa premises.

 

30., Bathers may make complaints or compliments about the manner and quality of the service, the behaviour of the staff, the operation of the spa in the customer book placed at the information desk.

 

31, Please do not disturb the peace and quiet of other guests by being noisy or immoral.

 

32. The observance of the Rules of the House is obligatory for all guests in the bathing area, who violate the rules may be excluded from bathing. We wish you a pleasant bath!
